Local tax:
Beginning on 1 January 2015, a local tax of Euro 1,75 per person and night will be introduced on all stays in accomodation estabilshments in South Tyrol. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy.
Cost includes bed-linen, towels and final cleaning.
The pre-payment for the confirmation amounts to approx. 30% of the total price per week.
The reservation is confirmed only after receipt to the pre-payment. In a case of refuse the prepayment will not be returned.
Pets are accepted, and sojourn for free.
All outlays under the maintenance at the expense of the owner.

Arrival:
During a high season the apartment rents for 7 days from Saturday till Saturday.
In the rest of the time on your choice.
The apartment is available after 2:00 p.m., the departure before 9:00 a.m.
